We were told by the lady at the front desk that if we wanted a better smelling room we'd have to pay for an upgrade. This is where Donald was helpful and got us a fridge and then suggested we go to the front desk and request a room upgrade. One day two, after the ordeals with the fridge, the smelly room, the wet carpet, the drained pool we went to concierge with our complaints. the employee explained that they were out of the souvenir mugs but if we paid the souvenir price and kept our receipt we would be able to get the souvenir mug the next day. We then went to the bar area and ordered a few drinks. One the first full day there we went down to the pool and bought our inter tubes. We were surprised that they do even for medical needs. She uses insulin and was told it would be a charge. We requested a fridge for our diabetic friend. One positive was that although we didn't pay for it, our room had a strip view. There was a disgusting sewage smell that permeated the bathroom and spilled out into the whole room from the moment we checked in.
Check in was quick but when we got to our room we found several wet spots on the carpet.
